Position: Assistant Manager – Retail Showroom

Location: Pune (Initial Phase)

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Industry: Retail / Jewellery / Luxury Sales

Working Days: As per company policy

Salary: 30K to 45K (Subject to interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Build and enhance the customer journey to improve engagement and conversions

Develop long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and post-purchase engagement

Coach and guide the sales team through on-floor training and role-plays

Ensure showroom discipline by maintaining SOPs, 5S standards, and operational excellence

Monitor inventory movement and stock management

Track MIS and CRM reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives

Support smooth day-to-day showroom operations while maintaining excellent customer service

Requirements:

3–7 years of experience in Retail, Jewellery, or Luxury Sales

Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or a leadership role

Graduate in any discipline

Strong customer handling and team management skills

Process-driven mindset with interest in operational excellence

Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; basic English communication required

Willingness to relocate outside Pune within 12–18 months (Mandatory)

Knowledge of jewellery and diamonds will be an added advantage
