Job Description
Run end-to-end store operations — inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch — within platform TAT (3–5 min)
Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and keep shrinkage/spoilage under ~2%
Supervise 8–15 pickers/packers/loaders — rostering, attendance, training, discipline
Coordinate riders — availability, check-ins, delivery SLA, grievances
Ensure hygiene, safety, cold-chain, and PF/ESI compliance
Maintain daily MIS (orders, TAT breaches, stock variance, wastage) and escalate issues
