Job Title: Customer Service Associate (UK Shift)


Location: Work from Office

Shift: UK Shift (Afternoon/Evening Hours)

Employment Type: Full-Time


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month



About the Role


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a work-from-office role supporting customers during UK business hours.


Key Responsibilities


Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.

Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Meet individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customers.
