Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

Open job cards and accurately record customer complaints.

Explain service estimates, repairs, and delivery timelines to customers.

Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repairs.

Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and related costs.

Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.

Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.

Maintain accurate service records and customer information.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Follow company policies, service processes, and safety standards.

Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle servicing.

Computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Experience in the automobile service industry preferred.

Valid Driving License preferred.

Strong coordination and customer relationship skills.
