Job Description
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify prospective borrowers through direct market outreach, real estate partnerships, and [Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
- Credit Appraisal: Analyze financial profiles, verify income sources, and evaluate collateral values to determine loan eligibility and risk.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all loan applications adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal banking policies.
- Customer Support: Guide applicants through the home buying process, explaining interest rates, tenures, and repayment terms.
- Cross-Selling: Promote supplementary products like property insurance or credit cards to maximize client value.
- Focuses heavily on client acquisition, relationship building, and customer retention.
- Handles the processing and approval stages of the loan, from initial application to closing.
- Manages of sales and oversees regional volume and revenue targets.
- Specializes strictly in evaluating the creditworthiness of clients and assessing the risks of the loan file.
