Job Description

  • Call Monitoring & EvaluationListen to customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) and evaluate them based on the defined quality parameters.
  • Ensure audits are completed within the agreed timelines.
  • Quality AuditsAssess agent performance using the quality scorecard.
  • Identify compliance gaps, process deviations, and customer service issues.
  • Feedback & CoachingConduct one-on-one feedback sessions with agents.
  • Provide constructive coaching with actionable improvement points.
  • Track agent progress after feedback sessions.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Analyze recurring quality issues and identify their root causes.
