Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Payrolling: Oversee payroll processing, ensure timely salary payments, and maintain payroll records.
- Employee Relationship: Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and promote a conducive work culture.
Specific Duties:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
