Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive – Insurance Sales
Location: Noida
Experience: Fresher / 0–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining policy details, and converting prospects into customers.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain insurance products, features, and benefits clearly
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable policies
- Follow up with interested leads and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines
- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of insurance products (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass (with experience)
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Prior telesales/insurance experience is an added advantage
