Job Description
As a Customer Care Executive for CiniSquad, you will be the first point of contact for our users. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve user queries, collect and document feedback, and maintain reports to inform product and support improvements
- Handle incoming customer calls, chats, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound feedback and follow-up calls to gather user insights and measure satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve user queries related to account access, gameplay, payments, rewards, and app functionality; escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Log, categorize, and update tickets/records in the CRM or support tool with accurate details and resolution steps.
- Track and report common issues, trends, and user feedback to product and QA teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly support reports and KPIs (e.g., call volume, resolution time, CSAT).
- Contribute to process improvements to increase first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies, and ensure user data privacy and security during interactions.
- Participate in training and team meetings; support promotional campaigns and in-app events as needed.
