Product Demonstrator & Technical Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

·        Product Demonstration: Conduct live, engaging demonstrations of our product lineup, including Tea/Coffee vending machines and induction-based industrial kitchen equipment, for B2B clients and partners.

·        Video Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, and feature in high-quality instructional videos covering:

o   Step-by-step product usage and "how-to-cook" guides.

o   Routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.

o   Basic repair and fixing tutorials for end-users and technicians.

·        Exhibition & Event Support: Travel to and participate in industry trade shows, expos, and product exhibitions. Set up live demo stations, engage with booth visitors, and deliver compelling presentations to drive leads.

·        Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and FAQs during demonstrations and expos to help improve product design and future content creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Excellent Presentation Skills: Confident, charismatic, and clear communicator with the ability to engage both small and large audiences.

·        Camera-Ready Persona: Comfortable being the primary presenter in instructional and promotional video content.

·        Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn the mechanics, plumbing, and electrical basics of vending machines and commercial induction equipment to explain repairs and cleaning.

·        Hands-on Culinary Interest: Basic cooking skills or comfort operating commercial kitchen equipment to effectively demonstrate "how to cook" features.

·        Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling for regional/national exhibitions and trade shows as required.
