📝 Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecalling Executive to support project implementation through outbound calling, partner coordination, and follow-ups. The role involves communicating with training centres, employers, placement partners, candidates, and other stakeholders to collect required information, coordinate project activities, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to training centres, partners, employers, placement officers, coordinators, and candidates.
• Explain project objectives, schemes, and organizational requirements to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular follow-ups for pending documents, LOIs, centre details, photographs, geo-tagging, and other project-related requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required information.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and employers.
• Maintain accurate call logs, trackers, and follow-up records.
• Resolve basic stakeholder queries and escalate complex issues when required.
• Coordinate through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp for smooth communication.
• Support recruitment, placement, and project coordination activities as assigned.
• Meet daily calling and follow-up targets while maintaining professional communication.
✅ Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
🎓 Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, recruitment, project coordination, or operations will be an added advantage.
⭐ Preferred Experience:
• Experience in outbound calling and follow-up processes.
• Familiarity with skill development, training, recruitment, or project coordination is preferred.
