Job Title: Junior Advocate (0–3 Years' Experience)
Organization: SJA Legal
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
About Us
SJA Legal is a law office practicing before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Consumer Commissions, Co-operative Courts, and various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. We are looking for motivated and sincere Junior Advocates who are keen to build a long-term litigation practice.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council (Freshers who have appeared for the AIBE may also apply, if eligible to practice as per applicable rules).
- 0–3 years of litigation experience.
- Good drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic legal research tools.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Court appearances before various courts and tribunals.
- Drafting pleadings, notices, agreements, affidavits, and legal opinions.
- Legal research and case law analysis.
- Client conferences and case management.
- Filing, registry work, and coordination with court staff.
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with experience, knowledge, and performance.
