Legal & Compliance Officer (Female – LLB)

BabyBloom IVF & Maternity Centre is looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer to manage legal documentation, regulatory compliance, licensing, contracts, and medico-legal matters. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare laws and ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and patient consent forms.
• Ensure compliance with the ART Act, Surrogacy Act, PC-PNDT Act, Clinical Establishment Act, and other healthcare regulations.
• Handle hospital licensing, statutory approvals, renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Manage medico-legal cases, legal notices, and coordinate with advocates and government authorities.
• Support HR in employment contracts and legal matters.
• Maintain legal records and prepare documents for audits and inspections.
• Advise management on legal risks, policy updates, and regulatory compliance.
• Skills RequiredStrong legal drafting and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare and hospital compliance laws.
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
