Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and qualified Psychologist to join our team and provide high-quality mental health support to individuals dealing with emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong therapeutic skills, a deep understanding of mental health issues, and a genuine desire to help clients improve their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and evaluations to diagnose mental health issues.
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
Provide therapy sessions (individual, group, or family) to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
Maintain detailed, confidential, and accurate client records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, social workers) when necessary.
Educate clients and families on coping strategies, wellness, and mental health.
Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and developments in psychology.
Uphold ethical standards and ensure client confidentiality and safety at all times.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or a related field).
Valid license/registration to practice as a psychologist.
Proven experience in providing psychological therapy and mental health support.
Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CBT, DBT, mindfulness, or other therapeutic approaches.
Experience working with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, trauma survivors).
Ability to handle crisis intervention or high-stress cases calmly and effectively.
Knowledge of digital tools for teletherapy, case documentation, or psychological assessments.
