Job Description

Hiring – E-commerce Accounts & Inventory Executive

📍 Location: Kalher, Bhiwandi

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Books of Accounts
  • Purchase & Sales Accounting
  • GST Working & Reconciliation
  • Marketplace Settlement Reconciliation (Flipkart, Amazon & Meesho)
  • Vendor Account Management & Payment Tracking
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Inventory Management & Stock Reconciliation
  • Inventory Inward / Outward Entries
  • Purchase Entry & Goods Receipt (GRN)
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountant

Requirements

  • 2–4 Years of Accounting Experience
  • Good Knowledge of GST
  • Experience in E-commerce Industry preferred
  • Experience in Inventory Management
  • Experience in CA Firm will be an added advantage
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Zoho Books and/or Tally preferred
