Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Answer incoming calls and address customer queries.
  • Explain products, services, and offers clearly and professionally.
  • Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, or sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
