Job Description

OvenMantra is a new-age bakery brand focused on honest baking, clean ingredients and freshly baked products.

We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead our bread and bakery production operations.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in bread production, dough preparation, fermentation, proofing and commercial bakery operations. Lead daily bread & Pav production; operate rotary rack oven & mixer; manage batches, proofing, baking; supervise team; maintain FSSAI hygiene.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily bread and bakery production
  • Standardise recipes and production processes
  • Manage dough mixing, fermentation and proofing
  • Ensure consistent product quality and taste
  • Develop and improve healthy and clean-label bakery products
  • Manage production planning and raw material usage
  • Control wastage and improve production efficiency
  • Train and supervise bakery staff
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Support scaling of bakery production
