Seeking a Technical Content Writer to develop top-tier documentation that enhances our product ecosystem.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, quality assurance engineers, and UX experts to improve product usability and user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gain a thorough understanding of product specifications and documentation needs.
• Author clear, precise, and high-quality technical documentation tailored to the target audience.
• Create intuitive user interface copy, online help guides, and developer documentation.
• Produce comprehensive tutorials to guide end-users across various applications.
• Identify single-sourcing and content reuse opportunities by analyzing current and upcoming material.
• Establish, manage, and refine the core information architecture.
• Translate intricate technical data into engaging, professional, and accessible user content.
• Compile and manage a structured repository of reference materials, research logs, and design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and support leads to centralize documentation storage and maintain cross-functional repositories.
• Research, draft, and edit fresh content while working with cross-functional teams to align with organizational requirements.
• Subject matter experts to independently produce process documentation, technical specifications, and procedure manuals.
• Develop standardized templates to ensure regulatory compliance and streamline data migration.
• Create multi-media content with a consistent brand voice to optimize overall usability.
• Experience partnering with product development teams to enhance UI/UX design, refine content strategy, and build diagrams.
