Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: BPO / Outsourcing

Shift timings: 7:00pm - 4:00am (Night Shift)

Shift days: 5 days i.e.,(Mon-Fri)


Required Skills & Qualifications


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts if required

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous BPO/customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate
