Mall Floor Manager – Job Description

The Floor Manager oversees daily operations on the mall floor to ensure smooth functioning, safety, and a great customer experience.

Key Duties


  • Coordinate with store managers, security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide assistance when needed.
  • Ensure safety rules, fire procedures, and crowd control during busy periods.
  • Prepare daily reports and record incidents or maintenance issues.
