Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance management, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee data in the HRMS.
- Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and employee information.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related records.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Preferred SkillsGood problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
