Jeevana is building India’s first premium eldercare service that helps ageing parents live with dignity, independence and confidence - while giving their children peace of mind, wherever they are.
We’re looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships and making a lasting difference in someone’s life.
Who we’re looking for
• 21 years of age or above
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Allied Health, Healthcare Management or related fields are an advantage)

• Strong listening and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones and digital apps
• Patient, reliable and nurturing
• Strong sense of ownership, professionalism and confidentiality
• Comfortable travelling within Mumbai/Thane to visit families
What you’ll do

You will:
• Build warm, trusted relationships with elderly parents and become a reassuring presence in their lives
• Be the single point of contact between the family and Jeevana
• Visit parents regularly to understand their day-to-day wellbeing and changing needs
• Help with simple everyday tasks such as technology assistance, coordinating services, accompanying them to appointments when needed, arranging deliveries, running light personal errands, or providing other non-medical support—just as you would help your own parents
• Observe changes in the parent’s physical, emotional or social wellbeing and proactively escalate concerns to the Jeevana team
• Document every interaction accurately using Jeevana’s systems, helping us deliver increasingly personalised care and continuously improve our service
What this role is NOT
This role does not involve:

What success looks like
• Parents look forward to your visits
• Families trust you and feel reassured
• Updates are timely, thoughtful and accurate
• Potential concerns are identified early
• Every interaction reflects Jeevana’s values of empathy, dignity and reliability

Why join Jeevana?
