Field Service Engineer
We are a private limited company and are distributors in India for a multinational company, with Business in products related to Lighting Controls and Home automation. We provide lighting controls, and other controllable/automation products to high end hospitality, residential and corporate clients. Our clients include top architects, interior designers, engineering consultants, Five Star Hotel Chains, high profile end users and celebrities.

Candidate Profile
• Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2 years of hands-on field experience in installing and troubleshooting electrical distribution boards (DBs).
o Familiarity with site work involving electrical setups for high-end projects.
o Ability to communicate in moderate English and Hindi is essential. •
Skills (Preferred):
o Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and programming is an added advantage.
o A professional demeanor to interact effectively with high-end clients.•
Age: Below 30 years.
Training: Comprehensive product training will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation, testing, and troubleshooting of lighting control systems and other electrical automation solutions.
• Handling on-site electrical work, including setting up and configuring electrical DB’s.
• Coordinating with clients to ensure timely completion of installations and addressing technical concerns.
• Working closely with the technical team to diagnose and resolve electrical or system related issues.
• Maintaining a professional approach while working at high-end client locations, including luxury homes, offices, and five-star hotels.
