Job Description
A plastic item field sales job involves traveling within a defined territory to acquire B2B clients, service existing distributor networks, and negotiate sales for plastic products like packaging, household goods, or custom-molded components. Essential Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience (usually 1-3 years) in B2B field sales, preferably within the plastics, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory or region.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and active listening skills to effectively handle client needs and resolve concerns.
