Job Description

  • ob ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan/EMI payments.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure timely collections.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally while following company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalated collection cases.
  • EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  • Experience in Tele Collection, Telecalling, BPO, or Customer Service is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
