We're building affordable, reliable preventive healthcare access in India. We run community health screening camps that catch chronic disease early and structured 90-day wellness journeys that turn a single screening into ongoing care to enable individuals to live healthier, longer lives.

What you'll actually do

This is not a "shadow and observe" internship. You'll own real pieces of a live system used at real health camps with real patients. Depending on what's live when you join, that could look like:

• Building or improving internal tools (patient flow tracking, queue management, data dashboards)
• Frontend/backend work on our patient-facing and internal web apps
• Helping integrate medical devices into our data pipeline
• Getting hands-on with hardware — testing device connectivity, debugging sensor data, helping design field kits
• Poking at AI/ML pieces (our clinical assistant tooling, data pipelines) if that interests you
• Whatever breaks and needs fixing — we're small, roles blur

Who we are looking for

Solid full-stack fundamentals — comfortable with frontend, reasonable with backend. We care more about you being able to learn our stack fast than knowing every framework.

Genuinely curious, not just competent. You should want to know why something works, not just ship the ticket.

Open to hardware. You don't need prior hardware experience, but you shouldn't flinch at a soldering iron, a device datasheet, or debugging a Bluetooth connection issue.

Some exposure to AI/ML is a plus, not a requirement. We're not looking for an ML specialist — we're looking for someone who won't be intimidated by it.

Interested in healthcare / health access. You don't need a medical background. You need to care that the work has real stakes.

Generalist by nature. If you like staying in one narrow lane, this isn't for you. If you like picking up whatever's in front of you and figuring it out — this is for you.
