Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily civil and interior fit-out activities at project sites.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth project execution.
  • Inspect materials received at the site and ensure proper usage.
  • Maintain site records, work reports, and project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Track material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Assist in site measurements, quantity verification, and billing support.
  • Report project status, delays, and issues to project managers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor manpower allocation and productivity at the site.
  • Support project handover activities and final inspections.
