Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle RERA portal, updates, and documentation.

Upload and manage project details on the RERA portal.

Maintain and update records using MS Excel.

Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and approvals.

Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and timelines.


Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting).

Basic knowledge of MS Word ( data entry, formatting).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic understanding of real estate processes (preferred but not mandatory).
