About Us

Shoko Consultancy, owned by Rasadhaara Wellness, is a Food & Beverage consultancy specialising in restaurant concept development, menu engineering, branding, interior direction, operations, and hospitality consulting. We work with cafés, restaurants, bars, and hospitality brands across India.


Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to work closely with the CEO. This is a fast-paced role involving executive support, project coordination, client communication, and day-to-day business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
  • Coordinate consultancy projects and follow up with clients, vendors, architects, and contractors
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents
  • Maintain project trackers, contracts, and documentation
  • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and office administration
  • Assist with personal scheduling and confidential matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong multitasking, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
