Job Description
In thi role, you will act as the primary coordination point between Riverline customers, Riverline’s internal team, and our lending partners.
You will be assigned qualified customer leads and will be responsible for ensuring that every case progresses smoothly. This includes explaining the process, collecting pending information, coordinating documentation, following up with lenders, providing accurate status updates, and maintaining proper records.
This is not a field collections role. It is a customer-service and lending-operations role that requires empathy, persistence, attention to detail, and familiarity with banking processes.
