Management Trainee – Digital Transformation We are a fast-growing manufacturing company on a mission to build one of India’s most technology-driven manufacturing organizations.

Rather than purchasing expensive off-the-shelf software, we are designing and building our own digital ecosystem—from production and inventory to sales, accounts, planning, procurement, quality, and management dashboards.

Your Mission

Your mission is not to “support IT.”

Your mission is to understand how our business works, identify opportunities to improve processes, and help transform them into efficient digital systems.

You will work closely with the Founders, Senior Management, and every department across the organization to build systems that improve productivity, accuracy, and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Study and understand existing business processes.
• Map workflows across Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, HR, and Management.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend digital improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather business requirements.
• Work with software developers to translate business needs into functional systems.
• Assist in building ERP, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Test new software modules and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Train employees on newly developed systems.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and process manuals.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Participate in digital transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Support automation initiatives using modern no-code/low-code platforms and AI tools.
• Build reports and dashboards for management.

Fresh graduates from:

• B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
• BCA
• MCA
• B.Sc. Computer Science
• BBA (Business Analytics / Information Systems)
• MBA (Freshers welcome)
