Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp & walk-ins
• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages
• Coordinate flight, hotel and tour bookings with the backend team
• Follow up with customers for confirmations and feedback
• Maintain daily enquiry records and booking status updates
Who Can Apply:
• Freshers / experienced — full training will be provided by our Chennai team
• Good communication skills in Kannada, Tamil or Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic smartphone & computer knowledge
• Friendly, responsible and customer-focused attitude
• Passion for travel is a bonus!
