Location: Western Line, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
Pacific IIT & Medical is looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken Telecallers who can effectively communicate with students and parents, provide information about academic programs, and support the admissions process in a professional and student-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Counselling & Admissions
- Explain courses, academic programs, and admission procedures to students and parents
- Support the counselling team in converting enquiries into admissions
Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Follow up with students and parents regarding enquiries and admissions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and enquiries in the CRM/database
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Support the team in achieving admission and enquiry conversion targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversions
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with counselling and marketing teams for student engagement activities
- Assist during seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- HSC/Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience preferred, freshers can also apply
