Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, analyze their skin type, identify concerns (e.g., acne, aging, dryness), and determine their style preferences
- Suggest specific cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare products tailored to the client's skin tone, lifestyle, and budget.
- Teach customers how to build an effective daily skincare routine and use tools/brushes correctly.
- Perform hands-on product testing and makeovers, showing clients exactly how to apply items like foundations, serums, or color cosmetics.
