ICU Nurse

1.  Patient Care

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and examinations.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other clinical interventions.

2.  Coordination & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with physicians, allied health professionals, and other nursing staff.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and case discussions.
• Ensure continuity of care during shift handovers.

3.  Patient Education & Support

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Provide emotional support and promote patient comfort and safety.
• Advocate for patient needs and rights.

4.  Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
