Job SummaryAs a Beauty Advisor at KÈYOS BEAUTY, you are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding customer concerns, educating them about skincare and haircare, and recommending suitable product routines. Your goal is to build customer trust, achieve sales targets, and create long-term customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceWelcome every customer with a warm and professional attitude.
- Build rapport and make customers feel comfortable.
- Understand customer skin and hair concerns before suggesting products.
- Provide personalized consultations.
- Explain ingredients, product benefits, and proper usage.
- Recommend complete skincare or haircare routines instead of individual products.
- Ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
- Product ConsultationAsk relevant questions to understand customer concerns.
- Identify customer goals such as:
- Acne
- Pigmentation
- Dry skin
- Oily skin
- Hair fall
- Dandruff
- Frizz
- Anti-aging
- Sensitive skin
- Educate customers about ingredients and routines.
- Demonstrate product texture and application.
- Perform skin analysis using the store's consultation process (if applicable).
- Sales ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets.
- Increase Average Bill Value (ABV).
- Cross-sell complementary products.
- Upsell premium solutions where appropriate.
- Convert walk-in customers into buyers.
- Encourage repeat purchases.
- Promote ongoing offers and memberships.
- Store OperationsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Monitor product expiry dates.
- Arrange displays according to brand standards.
- Assist in inventory counting.
- Report low stock to the Store Manager.
- Customer Relationship ManagementCollect customer information with consent.
- Maintain customer records accurately.
- Follow up with customers after purchase when required.
- Encourage customer reviews and referrals.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Brand RepresentationMaintain professional grooming at all times.
- Wear the prescribed uniform.
- Follow KÈYOS BEAUTY grooming standards.

- QualificationsMinimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Graduate preferred
- Certification in beauty, cosmetology, skincare, or makeup is an advantage.
- Experience0–2 years in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, salon, pharmacy, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication and willingness to learn are welcome.
