Security Area Officer

Job Summary

• The Area Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned client sites, ensuring quality service delivery, client satisfaction, manpower availability, and compliance with company standards. The role also includes recruitment, training, site audits, billing coordination, and payment collection.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage operations of assigned security and facility management sites.
• Recruit, deploy, and maintain adequate manpower.
• Conduct induction and refresher training for site staff.
• Perform regular site audits to ensure SOP, grooming, and compliance standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve service quality.
• Ensure timely submission of attendance records and billing documents.
• Follow up with clients for timely payment collection and coordinate with the Accounts team.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline, and attendance.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Security Services, Facility Management, or Manpower Operations.
• Valid two-wheeler licence preferred.
