Data Collection Manager/ Real Estate Intelligence

Proho is building India’s next-generation real estate resale engine, powered by on-ground data, technology, and AI. We are creating property valuation and real estate intelligence products to make home buying, selling, and valuation faster, transparent, and data-backed.

Role Overview

We are looking for an on-ground Data Collection Manager to collect and verify real estate data from residential societies across Noida and Noida Extension. This data will power Proho’s property valuation and real estate intelligence products.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit societies across Noida and Noida Extension for real estate data collection.

* Collect society, tower, floor, and unit-level property information.

* Gather resale prices, rental trends, broker quotes, recent transactions, and market insights.

* Verify data through brokers, residents, guards, facility teams, and local sources.

* Capture details like layout, size, floor, facing, view, condition, amenities, and society quality.

* Maintain accurate data, photos, notes, and updates in the required format.

* Work with Proho’s valuation, product, and business teams to improve data accuracy.

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in real estate, field operations, market survey, property inspection, or data collection.

* Good knowledge of Noida and Noida Extension real estate markets preferred.

* Comfortable with daily field visits and on-ground coordination.

* Good communication, observation, and verification skills.

* Basic comfort with Google Sheets, mobile apps, forms, and photo documentation.

* Two-wheeler preferred.
