Telecalling Executive

About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Telecalling Executive to manage and convert our incoming leads. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students and professionals who have expressed interest in our specialized training courses. Your primary responsibility will be to call these generated leads, explain the course details, answer their queries, and guide them through the enrollment process. No cold calling is required—you will only be speaking with people who have already shown interest.

• Key Responsibilities:Call pre-generated leads daily in a timely manner.
• Provide comprehensive details about the course curriculum, duration, benefits, and fees.
• Understand the candidate's career goals and guide them toward the right training program.
• Regularly follow up with prospects to clear doubts and encourage enrollments.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all calls and lead statuses in our system/tracker.
• Meet daily call volume targets and weekly enrollment goals.
• Requirements & Skills:Language Skills: Fluent in Marathi and Hindi [Add English if required for your course].
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and convincing skills.
• A polite, patient, and professional telephone manner.
• Basic computer skills (handling Google Sheets, Excel, or a simple CRM tracker).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or education sales is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
