Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general office support tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling routine clerical duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, cold beverages, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Assist in handling office errands, including delivering documents within and outside the office.
- Operate and maintain office equipment as required.
- Support staff during meetings and events with hospitality arrangements.
- Drive a two‑wheeler for official errands (e.g., courier, bank work, or local deliveries).
- Provide assistance to colleagues and management with a positive and cooperative attitude.
