Telecaller Job Description (Short)

Position: Telecaller

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
  • Explain company products and services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred; freshers can apply.
