Store Manager Responsibilitiess·  

      Inventory Management: Keeping track of all incoming and outgoing materials, products, and stock levels.

·        Material Issuing: Providing materials to the production/installation team as per requirement and keeping proper records.

·        Stock Recording: Updating daily stock entries, maintaining registers, and ensuring accurate data.

·        Material Checking: Inspecting materials received for quality, quantity, and damage before adding to stock.

·        Vendor Coordination: Coordinating with suppliers for material purchase, delivery status, and shortages.

·        Store Organization: Keeping the store neat, well-arranged, and easy to access.

·        Damage & Return Management: Identifying damaged items, reporting them, and handling returns or replacements.

·        Safety & Security: Ensuring proper storage methods, safety procedures, and security of company assets.

·        Material Forecasting: Informing management in advance about low stock or upcoming material requirements.

·        Support to Production: Ensuring timely availability of materials so production work runs smoothly.
