Sales Manager Wall Panel Products

Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales of Carbon Crystal Wall Panels. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the wall panel, interior products, plywood, laminates, or building materials industry and possess excellent B2B sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales, digital marketing, and execution teams.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business across Delhi NCR and other regions.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, project clients, and channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and distributors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and customer follow-up.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project and order execution.
• Maintain CRM records, MIS reports, and sales documentation.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA/Marketing qualification preferred).
• 4–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in wall panels, interior products, plywood, boards, laminates, or building materials.
• Strong network with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, builders, and project customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-oriented professional.
