🚨 Urgent Hiring – HVAC Estimation Engineer 🚨

🏢 Company: Welkin Airtech Pvt. Ltd.

📍 Location: Phase City 1, Sector 37, Gurgaon

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

👨‍💼 Position: HVAC Estimation Engineer

🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Any Field

⏳ Experience Required: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare HVAC project estimation, costing & quotations

✅ Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) & quantity take-off from HVAC drawings

✅ Review tender documents, technical specifications & project requirements

✅ Prepare rate analysis and project cost calculations

✅ Handle material costing & vendor price comparison

✅ Coordinate with design, purchase & project execution teams

✅ Support billing, procurement & project documentation activities

🛠 Key Skills:

• HVAC Estimation & Costing

• BOQ Preparation

• Tendering & Quantity Survey

• AutoCAD Drawing Reading

• Heat Load Calculation

• Chiller, AHU, VRF/VRV & Ducting Knowledge

• MS Excel
