Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Reporting To: Salon Manager / Business Head
Job Summary
The Front Desk Manager is the first point of contact for clients at She N Me Salon. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, client coordination, appointment scheduling, billing support, staff coordination, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Handling & Hospitality
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a pleasant salon experience.
- Manage walk-in and appointment clients efficiently.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Ensure proper waiting area management and client comfort.
2. Appointment & Scheduling Management
- Book, reschedule, and cancel client appointments accurately.
- Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, and therapists to avoid delays or overbooking.
- Maintain daily appointment records manually and/or in software.
3. Billing & Cash Handling
- Prepare client bills, generate invoices, and collect payments.
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain daily cash reports.
- Close daily sales and hand over reports to management.
4. Staff Coordination
- Coordinate with the internal staff for duty rosters and service flow.
- Inform staff about client arrivals, service changes, and urgent updates.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism at the front desk.
5. Sales Support
- Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.
- Upsell services and products to clients at the counter.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
6. Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain client database, feedback records, and complaint registers.
- Prepare daily sales, appointment, and client footfall reports.
- Support HR in attendance tracking when required.
7. Brand Image & Cleanliness
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain grooming standards and professional behaviour.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent (12th pass with experience can apply).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience at a salon front desk or hospitality role.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (local language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp, emails).
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling salon software (appointment & billing).
- Prior experience in luxury salon, spa, or hospitality industry.
Working Hours
- As per salon shift schedule (rotational shifts may apply).
- Weekly off as per company policy.
