Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Insurance Advisors to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves meeting potential customers, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and helping clients choose suitable insurance plans. This is a field-based role with flexible working hours and attractive performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life insurance products to prospective customers.
• Meet clients in the field and explain policy features and benefits.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and direct marketing.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Assist customers with policy documentation and application processes.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: No English Required
• Preferred Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)

• Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000

Important Information:

• IRDA Exam Fee: ₹750
• Purpose: IRDA Certification Exam (mandatory to become a licensed Insurance Advisor)
