Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – FMCG

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our market presence for Ready-to-Eat foods, nuts, and snack products. The role involves developing sales within the assigned territory by appointing distributors, onboarding retailers, generating orders, and ensuring product availability across General Trade, Modern Trade, and HoReCa channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to increase product placement and visibility.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers while ensuring adequate stock availability.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage.
• Execute promotional activities, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily sales reports, maintain customer records, and support payment collections within company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of FMCG field sales experience; experience in food, snacks, dry fruits, or packaged foods is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of FMCG distribution and retail networks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month.
• Performance incentives: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month.
