* Manage daily order entries in Google Sheets and coordinate with the workshop team.

* Send thank-you messages to customers and respond to customer queries on Etsy.

* Coordinate dispatches, generate courier AWBs, hand over parcels for pickup, and share tracking details with customers.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth order processing.
