Key ResponsibilitiesBarista

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Operate the POS system and handle billing and cash transactions.
• Assist with stock management and daily café operations.

Head Barista

• Perform all Barista responsibilities.
• Lead, train, and supervise the barista team.
• Oversee daily café operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality and service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and service teams.
• Prepare daily sales reports and ensure efficient café operations.
• RequirementsPrevious experience as a Barista or Head Barista in a café or coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and team management skills (required for Head Barista).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
