Job Description

  • Inbound Support: Handling customer queries, feedback, online order status requests, and service-related concerns professionally.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Contacting existing and potential customers to inform them about new jewelry collections, promotional offers, gold advance schemes, and festive discounts.
  • Loyalty Program Management: Assisting with customer reward initiatives, updating membership profiles, and managing points or tier benefits.
  • CRM Data & Maintenance: Accurately logging and updating customer interaction histories, purchase preferences, and contact information into the company database.
  • Showroom & Sales Coordination: Passing high-intent leads and customer inquiries to specific regional showrooms to ensure seamless service and drive conversions.
  • Escalation Handling: Managing customer complaints politely, troubleshooting issues, and routing complex problems to higher management or relevant departments.
